I use the Perfect Pushup when doing the pushup portion of the P90X workouts. It really adds a different level of difficulty. The pike press is killer. I really didn't get the angle in the pike press pushup that I should have. I still felt it though.
If anyone is wondering why I post portions of the P90X workout it is to show others of an average everyday person doing the workouts.

This is my review of "The Pit Workout" lower body. Talk about an ass kicker. If you have NetFlix put it in your queue and give it a try. You won't regret it.
